Refund Policy

Returns

Should you change your mind about a purchase you have made with us, you have the option of returning the item within 7 days of having received it. You can opt for a store credit or a full refund. Please note that the cost of delivery will not be refunded.

We will require the item to be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging for these returns.

To complete your return, we also require a receipt or proof of purchase.

To return an item, please email karen@justfoyouhomewares.com.au with your order number to let us know of your return, then post your items back (at your expense) to:

Please note that any parcels sent to Just for You Homewares are the responsibility of the customer until they are received by us. We recommend using a postal tracking service.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Non-returnable items:

Gift cards

Hand creams, Lotions, and washes.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 5 business days of your refund notification email, please contact us at karen@justforyouhomewares.com.au

Sale items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only full priced items may be refunded or returned.
